Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Operations Representative to support the overall effectiveness of the team, supervise daily production activities, and guide others on complex production improvement efforts.

Job Responsibility:

Support overall effectiveness of the team according to plans, monitor daily securities, and cash related production work
Supervise daily production activities and staff
Guide others on complex production improvement efforts and address procedural impacts
Provide back-up for all department functions while providing coaching and feedback to staff
Prioritize work and provide daily leadership to teams
Contribute to solving corporate governance and address compliance issues for the department
Lead the implementation of new or revised processes and procedures
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
AD HOC tasks given by Peer, Manager and/or stakeholder
Perform a variety of operational tasks for requests related to client's cost basis, corporate action and IRA and Backup withholding information that requires general knowledge of unit functions and systems
Complete tasks on a given Service Level Agreement and Meets or Exceeds Quality standard every review period
Review and resolve time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex requests/complaints
Handle critical production or escalation issues
Research cost basis , Corporate action, withholding related inquiries
Initiate/Suggest process improvement ideas to increase efficiency

Requirements:

6+ years of Securities Operations experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Completed at least 2nd year in College or College graduate - any course
Background and expertise with Cost basis, corporate action, IRA and Back up withholding
Experience building control procedure
Wiling to work on permanent night shift schedule that follow US holidays
Amenable to 100% onsite reporting in Five/Neo Building 31st Street Bonifacio Global Taguig City
