Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of impactful learning programs for a leading pharmaceutical company in Japan. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop engaging curricula, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement integrated learning plans for sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance
Develop and implement reskilling programs to enhance sales representative performance
Identify and assess current and future learning needs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Design effective learning curricula and ensure compliance of learning materials and programs
Assess learning effectiveness through objective evaluations and utilize feedback for improvement
Research and implement innovative learning methodologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

University degree
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, marketing, or sales training within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in the oncology therapeutic area is essential
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, facilitation, and negotiation
Experience in learning program design and training is preferred
Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
