As an LSA, your focus will be on helping students reach their full potential by providing tailored assistance and guidance. Job Responsibility:

Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons
foster a positive and engaging learning environment
provide individual support to facilitate student learning
monitor student progress and report the findings to the teacher and parents
adhere to the school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

Genuine passion towards child development
experience in handling special needs children
strong communication skills and behaviour management
a flexible and adaptable mindset
proven professional references with clean records
enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK
driving on own to the school is an advantage
