Job Description:

Are you enthusiastic about working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school? We currently require Learning Support Assistants to join our books to undertake supply bookings in Mainstream Secondary schools in the Warrington area. The role will be term-time only and is a great opportunity to work as part of a committed department. The role will involve supporting learners with their educational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Working with students, in small groups or on a 1-1 basis to support them with their educational needs
Providing support to the class Teacher
Assisting to keep students on task

Requirements:

Excellent behaviour management skills
A strong work ethic and a professional attitude
NVQ level 2
NVQ level 2 in children
NVQ level 3
SEN experience
teaching assistant experience

engaging
good communication skills
keen to contribute to the life of the school
motivated
