Job Description:

Make a Meaningful Impact on Young Lives! Are you passionate about empowering young adults with neurological conditions to achieve their full potential? We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to join a dynamic team in Lingfield.

Job Responsibility:

Providing one-on-one and group support to young adults with neurological conditions
Assisting with the implementation of individual learning and support plans
Supporting young adults to develop independent living skills, such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care
Facilitating engaging and stimulating activities, both on and off-site
Building positive and supportive relationships with young adults and their families
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to team meetings
Supporting students in educational settings
Promoting a safe and inclusive environment

Requirements:

Have a genuine passion for working with young adults with complex needs
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are patient, empathetic, and resilient
Are able to work effectively as part of a team
Have a positive and proactive attitude
Are willing to learn and develop their skills
Have experience working with young adults with neurological conditions or learning disabilities (desirable)
Hold a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) (desirable)

Nice to have:
