Job Description:

This school is a specialist education and support service dedicated to empowering adults with autism to achieve greater independence and enhanced life skills. Based in Cranleigh, Surrey, they pride themselves on delivering person-centred learning and care in a positive, nurturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide one-to-one and group support for learners, helping them develop social, communication, and practical life skills
Assist in delivering bespoke educational sessions tailored to individual needs
Promote positive behaviour and encourage learners to reach their full potential
Accompany learners on community activities, fostering independence and engagement
Maintain accurate and timely records of learners' progress and achievements

Requirements:

A caring and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Patience, resilience, and flexibility in supporting diverse learner needs
Previous experience in education, social care, or autism support is desirable but not essential
