Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Leasing Manager in the Housing industry. Located in Baltimore, Maryland, you will be joining our team in a fast-paced environment, supervising a team of approximately 13 staff members.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the leasing process for new voucher holders from our waiting list and families that are moving
Monitor staff productivity to ensure efficient operation of the office
Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Utilize CRM tools for accurate record keeping and data management
Respond promptly to inbound calls and inquiries from customers
Use Yardi Property Management software to streamline property management tasks
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Law in all operations
Manage Housing Choice Voucher and Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) programs
Oversee the operations of the Transitional Housing program

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Leasing Manager or similar role
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Experience in handling and answering inbound calls professionally
Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant is preferred
Familiarity with Property Management, including regulations and procedures
Understanding of Fair Housing Law and its implications
Experience in managing Housing Choice Voucher programs
Knowledge of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) is beneficial
Experience in managing or coordinating Transitional Housing programs

Nice to have:

Prior experience as a Leasing Consultant
Knowledge of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
Experience in managing or coordinating Transitional Housing programs
