Job Description:

Randstad is presently working with multiple universities and colleges in search for lecturers. You will be working closely with your faculty dean contributing to the advancement of our tradition of excellence and leadership. Responsibilities include delivering courses, mentoring students, crafting assessments, offering feedback during consultations, and conducting scholarly research.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses and contribute to university programs
Provide mentorship to students on project endeavors and clarify assignment criteria
Craft and administer assessments that harmonize with learning objectives
Offer personalized feedback during student consultations to enrich their educational journey
Undertake scholarly research, publish findings, and present at prestigious conferences, alongside fulfilling departmental and university commitments

Requirements:

Master or PhD in Marketing, Business, or equivalent from a recognised university
At least 2 -3 years of experience in the education line of work
Marketing Principles, Digital Marketing, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Branding, and Marketing Analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with industrial experience are welcomed to apply
