We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Administrator in Hingham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be providing support to our legal team by managing emails, voicemails, and drafting legal documents. You will also be responsible for managing our case management software and performing various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage incoming emails and voicemails
Prioritize and manage daily tasks and updates as communicated by team members
Draft and prepare legal motions and letters to opposing counsel
Utilize case management software for tracking and managing cases
Prepare and organize forms and documents for review
Manage and maintain the attorney's calendar
Participate in claim administration tasks
Oversee and manage billing functions
Perform collection processes
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Aderant software
Demonstrated ability to effectively use Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Case Management Software
Experience with CompuLaw for accurate legal calendaring
Proficiency in using Conveyancer software for real estate transactions
