Job Description:

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Legal Administrator. This role operates within the industry, where you will be tasked with providing vital support to in-house counsel on a variety of tasks, including managing board meetings and handling certain government contracts.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting in-house counsel for government agency
Assisting with the organization of board meetings
Providing support for employment matters
Drafting and filing contracts
Creating templates and drafting letters
Utilizing Clio for various case management tasks
Utilizing Adobe Acrobat for document management and drafting legal documents

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing
Experience with Case Management Software to effectively handle legal cases
Familiarity with Billing Functions, including invoicing and payment tracking
Strong skills in Calendar Management to schedule appointments and deadlines
Experience in Claim Administration, handling claims from initiation to resolution
Proficiency in using Clio, a legal practice management software
Ability to Draft Legal Documents, including contracts, briefs, and court submissions
Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, or in a similar role within a legal environment
