Oversee and manage incoming emails and voicemails
Prioritize and manage daily tasks
Draft and prepare legal motions and letters
Utilize case management software
Prepare and organize forms and documents
Manage and maintain the attorney's calendar
Participate in claim administration tasks
Oversee and manage billing functions
Perform collection processes
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Aderant
Demonstrated ability to effectively use Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Case Management Software
Experience with CompuLaw
Proficiency in using Conveyancer software
Ability to manage Benefit Functions
Experience in Billing Functions
Strong skills in Calendar Management
Experience in Claim Administration
Familiarity with Collection Processes
