Job Description:

This role focuses on supporting a legal firm with various litigation tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately manage and update client documents
Efficiently handle calendar management for attorneys
Draft, prepare, and review correspondence
Schedule appointments, including for partners of the firm
Coordinate and execute court filings
Conduct conflict searches and schedule potential clients
Submit well-organized expense reports for partners
Assist in gathering exhibits necessary for trials

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Proficient in billing functions related to legal services
Demonstrated expertise in calendar management, ensuring efficient scheduling and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal for efficient client interaction
Experience in handling complaints and resolving client issues effectively
Extensive knowledge of commercial litigation processes
Proven experience in preparing and filing court documents
Capable of supporting plaintiffs in litigation cases
Proficient in providing litigation support and document services
Experience with litigation holds and ensuring the preservation of relevant information
Specialization in family law, with a comprehensive understanding of related legal procedures and regulations
