Job Description:

Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with a passion for civil litigation? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working alongside top-tier attorneys to make a real impact for clients? If so, let's discuss YOU be part of our client's winning team!

Job Responsibility:

Handle court filings with precision and attention to detail
Maintain complex calendaring for multiple cases and deadlines
Support our attorneys in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and discovery
Coordinate depositions, client meetings, and other key case management tasks
Be the backbone of our operations – ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow and providing expert legal support

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in civil litigation and plaintiff-side work
Strong knowledge of court procedures, legal filings, and calendar management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
A passion for helping clients and working in a fast-paced legal environment
