Robert Half is seeking a Legal Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting. The role involves utilizing Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and case management software, handling billing functions, managing calendars, fostering client relations, and preparing documents related to estate planning, trusts, probate, and wills. Job Responsibility:

Utilize Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and case management software for organizing and maintaining client files
Handle billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings in a timely and efficient manner
Foster strong client relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise
Utilize effective communication skills in interactions with clients and team members
Prepare and manage documents related to estate planning, trusts, probate, wills, and more
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in all interactions, representing our team positively

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm setting
