Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Legal Billing Analyst in New York, 10019, United States. As a Legal Billing Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our team, handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. Your role will also encompass monitoring customer accounts and initiating suitable actions.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle and process customer credit applications
maintain precise customer credit records
resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions
manage and perform billing functions
use Accounting Software Systems and CRM for various tasks
participate in auditing processes
handle Accounts Receivable (AR)
utilize Aderant, ADP - Financial Services, Costpoint, and About Time for various accounting functions
perform legal billing tasks as required

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
experience with Aderant
familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
knowledge of Costpoint
CRM skills
ability to use About Time software
understanding of Accounting Functions
experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
auditing skills
experience in Billing Functions
knowledge of Legal Billing

Nice to have:

Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
ability to use About Time software
knowledge of Legal Billing
