Job Description:

We are seeking a legal Billing Coordinator for our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. The main goal of this role is to manage a variety of tasks related to customer applications, maintenance of customer records, and customer queries. The role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. This role is especially suitable for individuals with experience in the legal field, particularly in billing.

Job Responsibility:

Manage customer credit applications efficiently and process them with precision
Keep all customer credit records current and accurate
Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
Communicate effectively with shareholders and insurance representatives
Regularly monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
Use accounting software systems effectively for billing tasks
Perform computerized billing tasks proficiently
Keep up-to-date with Coyote software
Manage Answering Inbound Calls related to billing queries

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in Coyote Software is ideal
Experience with Computerized Billing is essential
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently is required

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Coyote Software
