Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join our diverse In-House Legal Team, promoting and adapting our global legal strategy to the provision of legal services in support of Fever’s Japanese operations. Job Responsibility:

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, terms and conditions
Provide legal support to regional business teams and senior management
Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance
Provide corporate management support in the region, including for corporate expansion
Stay up to date on relevant legislative and jurisprudence developments in Japan
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to prioritise and manage legal matters
Manage knowledge and documents, including the preparation and revision of templates and legal guides
Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions
Upskilling, support, and growth of other team members

Requirements:

Be a practising lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Japan
Professional fluency in Japanese and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language a strong plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence
Experience working on international projects or with global teams
A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
