Job Description:

A Law Graduate is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 50, international law firm in Sheffield. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking legal guidance, providing a supportive, empathetic, and professional service from the outset.

Job Responsibility:

Answering inbound calls and assessing clients’ legal needs
providing initial legal information and guidance across a variety of areas, including personal injury, family law, employment disputes, and more
gathering essential information and referring clients to the appropriate legal teams
delivering excellent client care, ensuring all callers feel heard and supported
maintaining accurate records and working within regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

Law Graduate with at least a 2:1 LLB
strong communication and listening skills
empathetic and supportive approach
ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
passion for helping people
commitment to delivering excellent service
