We are looking for a Legal Project Administrator to join our team in Middletown, Delaware. This role involves providing administrative project support to our Agile Project Management Team and assisting in various tasks. Your role will be crucial in coordinating with various legal project coordinators, managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and offering proactive support to project teams beyond minimum delivery requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Liaise with the Legal Project Coordinators ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution
Support the management of multiple tasks with competing deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Set up and manage recurring tasks and activities, contributing to the efficiency of project operations
Draft and assist in preparation of various documents, filings, and letters, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and readily available
Manage various aspects of document creation and review, including creating first drafts of key documents and checking documents for spelling/grammar errors
Assist with projects, including file uploads, ordering corporate documents, signature page compilation, and saving relevant documentation to internal file system
Handle administrative responsibilities as needed, providing a wide range of support to the project management team
Work collaboratively with Legal Project Coordinators to complete any additional tasks, ensuring all project requirements are met.
Requirements:
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, Management System, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
Experience in claim administration and customer service within the consumer electronics industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal Support
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Management System
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Claim Administration
Excellent communication skills
