Job Description:

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant on the Corporate Commercial team, you’ll recruit both domestically and internationally for US firms, Magic & Silver Circle firms, international and national firms and our corporate commercial team has become a trusted partner for both lateral hires and team moves. This desk comes with a very warm client and candidate base and will give you the opportunity to bill from the offset earning commission upwards of £20k a month. This is a truly exciting role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

Recruit both domestically and internationally for US firms, Magic & Silver Circle firms, international and national firms
Build a warm client and candidate base
Bill from the offset earning commission upwards of £20k a month

Requirements:

Candidates already in legal recruitment or have recruitment experience in a professional services sector
Driven, passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
A people-focused professional who loves connecting with others and building strong relationships
A self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, keen to learn and develop
A hunger to deliver on targets and the desire to earn big money
You will work collaboratively, being a team player and an advocate for Douglas Scott’s culture and values
