Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Secretary in Houston, Texas. As a Legal Secretary, you will be entrusted with a multitude of tasks including administrative support to an insurance defensive attorney and document management. The industry we operate in is fast-paced and requires an individual with excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Calendar Management, Communication, Composing Letters, and Time Management.

Job Responsibility:

Provide comprehensive support to an insurance defense attorney
Assist in drafting and composing letters
Manage spreadsheets effectively and efficiently
Handle medical records with utmost precision
Work on insurance reports diligently
Carry out general administrative tasks as required
Maintain an organized calendar and manage time effectively
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for various tasks
Ensure clear and effective communication at all levels
Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed as per schedule

Requirements:

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Calendar Management
Communication
Composing Letters
Time Management
Proficiency in Calendar Management
Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in composing legal correspondence
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
