Job Description:

Office Angels are currently working with a well-established legal firm in central Plymouth and seeking a proficient typist to join the team as a temporary legal secretary. This full-time role is to provide holiday cover within a team of legal secretaries.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately typing legal documents, correspondence, and memos
Managing and organising files, both physical and electronic
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments
Assisting with communications, including drafting and sending emails
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to legal protocols

Requirements:

Proficient typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed
Previous experience as a legal secretary or similar role preferred but not essential
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
