Job Description:

The Legal Specialist Attorney will assist in achieving business goals by supporting various company departments. This role involves offering legal advice, administering external law firms, monitoring judicial processes, and supporting legal actions to protect company interests.

Job Responsibility:

Align priorities and strategic objectives of the legal function for the cluster, geography, or region with the goals of the business and operation
Offer prompt, high-quality legal advice to internal clients on various matters and projects
Assist with various legal function activities
Support the administration of external law firms, the monitoring of judicial processes, and the management of provisions
Support and participate in legal actions as required by law to protect company interests.

Requirements:

Lawyer with a postgraduate degree in commercial or business law
5 years of experience as a corporate attorney (desirable in pharmaceutical or multinational companies)
Legal knowledge of business, commercial, civil, competition, and labor law
Knowledge of risk prevention programs
Advanced English
Management of digital tools.

Nice to have:

Experience in pharmaceutical or multinational companies.
