Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Building and maintaining great relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Managing communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp
Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
Advertising properties and proactively reaching out to potential tenants
Ensuring compliance, including Right to Rent checks
Assisting with marketing events and supporting the Asset Management team during busy periods

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a 'get stuck in' attitude
Previous experience in lettings is a plus (but not essential!)
Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Driving License Required (Personal car preferred)

Nice to have:

Previous experience in lettings
