Job Responsibility:

Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a top-tier lettings team
Drive Business Growth: Secure new landlords, increase revenue, and optimise rental yields
Oversee Property Management: Ensure seamless marketing, letting, and compliance processes
Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with lettings laws and regulations
Financial & Budgeting Excellence: Monitor departmental profitability and ensure fee collection
Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to expert for landlords, tenants, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior lettings or property management role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Business development mindset-you know how to build relationships and grow a portfolio
In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and industry trends
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred but not essential)
Full UK driving licence or equivalent
