Job Description:

The role involves working with sponsors, financial institutions, private credit funds, and borrowers on mid-market leveraged finance transactions. Candidates will need to draft and negotiate legal documents, work directly with clients, supervise juniors, and manage transactions.

Job Responsibility:

drafting and negotiating various security, facilities agreements, and intercreditor documents
working directly with clients
supervising juniors
managing transactions

Requirements:

English or common law qualified
upwards of 5PQE
leveraged/acquisition finance specialist post qualification preferred
broad banking & finance experience with strong exposure to leveraged finance transactions
experience in drafting and negotiating security, facilities agreements, and intercreditor documents
confident in working directly with clients
supervising juniors and managing transactions

Nice to have:

leveraged/acquisition finance specialization
strong exposure to leveraged finance transactions
experience with lenders
