Job Description:

Our client a global loss adjusting company are looking for a Team Leader to support and manage their rapidly expanding team of claims handlers, based at their Milton Keynes office.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a team of experienced claims handlers
Dealing with Liability claims, ranging from Employers Liability, Personal Liability through to Commercial based claims varying in value

Requirements:

An experienced team leader from a Claims background
Evidence of mentoring and developing teams to a high performance standard
Knowledge of the principals of insurance and claims process
Exceptional customer service ethics
The ability to deal with challenges and setbacks
Strong organisational skills
Flexibility in your approach to changing priorities
