Job Description:

Join the MinuteClinic team to provide psychosocial support and education to ages 13+ using evidence-based care methods in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples/families ages 13+
deliver evidence-based care and access assessment and treatment planning tools
support continuity of care for patients

Requirements:

Current, active, and unencumbered Multistate License
must currently hold licenses in 2 or more of the following states Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Florida (FL), Idaho (ID), Missouri (MO), Texas (TX), Hawaii (HI), Oregon (OR), Arkansas (AR), New Hampshire (NH), Vermont (VT), Wyoming (WY) and Idaho (ID)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensed (Clinical) Professional Counselor (LPC or LCPC) LPCC (CA ONLY)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies
must hold Master's degree program from an accredited College or University

Nice to have:

exceptional interpersonal and team skills
experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
tech-savvy and comfortable using electronic health record systems and engaging on multiple platforms
understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements
evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
