Job Description:

Are you a skilled Licensed Conveyancer/Chartered Legal Executive looking for a new challenge in a supportive and rewarding environment? Our client, a well-regarded law firm in St Albans, is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their growing team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
Sales and purchases
Remortgages
Freehold and Leasehold
Transfers of equity
Work closely with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

Requirements:

Licensed Conveyancer/Chartered Legal Executive
At least 2 years’ experience handling a range of conveyancing matters
Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
Excellent communication and client care skills
