Job Responsibility:

Manage assigned life insurance applications through the new business and underwriting process
Be the single point of contact for designated relationships
Liaise between internal partners and field partners
Respond to, prioritize and manage customer inquiries by phone and email
Review all cases on pre-determined pace
Ensure smooth processing
Recommend opportunities to enhance ease of doing business
Build relationships through good service
Initiate consistent, clear communications with customers by telephone and email
Maintain detailed notes and documentation

Requirements:

1+ years’ experience required: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in customer service focused areas
2+ years’ experience preferred: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in customer service focused areas
Two-year degree required or equivalent experience
