Job Description:

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a prestigious, boutique law firm in Century City, seeking a litigation associate with 2+ years of experience (and ideally less than 10). This litigation associate will handle business/real estate/probate litigation matters that are complex and diverse!

Job Responsibility:

Discovery – propounding and responding to
Depositions – taking and defending
Drafting legal documents - complaints and motions
Preparing for trial - do trial experience required, but firm does go to trial

Requirements:

2+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) here in CA – probate, business, or real estate litigation preferred
ABA-accredited law school, top 100 ideally
Ability to work on-site in Century City daily, parking provided

Nice to have:

Friendly personality, outgoing (not super Type A)
Someone who wants to make a career of litigation
