Job Description:

Our client, one of the largest law firms in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their general litigation team. Practice areas will include defense of a variety of personal injury and other tort claims, including auto, premises, products liability and municipal matters. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent writing, communication and analytical skills. Job Responsibility:

Defense of a variety of personal injury and other tort claims, including auto, premises, products liability and municipal matters

Requirements:

Admitted in NY
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience
Experience in civil rights litigation is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to continue learning and improving legal skills
