Job Description:

A leading law firm with a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional legal representation to injured workers is seeking a dynamic attorney to join their growing team. This position involves representing injured workers in workers' compensation and third-party liability cases, handling all phases of litigation, and providing tailored legal strategies. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, strong legal skills, and a passion for advocating for clients.

Job Responsibility:

Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation
Represent clients in workers' compensation and third-party liability matters
Develop legal strategies tailored to individual cases
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials as needed

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Must be licensed to practice law in California
A minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, preferably in workers' compensation or personal injury law
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to handle a caseload independently while working effectively within a team
Passion for advocating on behalf of injured workers and a commitment to achieving justice
