Job Description:

A multi-office law firm in Seattle is seeking a Litigation Attorney to take on cases of toxic tort, product liability, premise liability, professional liability, and other defense matters.

Job Responsibility:

Take on cases of toxic tort, product liability, premise liability, professional liability, and other defense matters

Requirements:

2+ years practicing as an Attorney in Washington State
Experience with Insurance Defense Matters
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
Active Washington Bar license, in good standing
Strong motions practice and legal writing skills
Experience in deposition, mediations, arbitrations and trial, preferred

Nice to have:

Experience in deposition, mediations, arbitrations and trial
