Job Description:

High-end boutique law firm located in Irvine, CA, seeks a litigation attorney with at least 5 years of experience to handle complex litigation matters in commercial litigation, employment law, and real estate. The role involves using case management software, conducting depositions, and applying trial experience.

Job Responsibility:

Handle employment and business litigation cases
Utilize case management software and legal software
Conduct depositions and manage law & motion
Apply trial experience
Use management systems for efficient workflow
Conduct briefings and present complex legal information

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience
Significant state and federal court experience
Familiarity with class action procedural rules and ESI discovery
Experience handling PAGA cases and A-Z class action employment
Trial experience
Proficiency in case management software and legal software (e.g., LexisNexis)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage large caseloads
Membership in the CA state bar in good standing
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
