Job Description:

Boutique law practice specializing in education law seeks a litigation attorney with exposure to education law to assist in trial preparation. Remote options available, with preference for candidates able to occasionally work onsite during trial preparation.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing litigation chronologies
Responding to and propounding discovery
Drafting motions
Keeping track of procedural deadlines with the assistance of a legal assistant
Creating trial exhibit and witness lists
Drafting post-hearing briefs

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field
Licensed attorney with valid credentials
Education specialization ideal, Litigation exposure necessary
Proficiency in trial preparation necessary
Experience in handling exhibits during trial proceedings essential
Proven track record in drafting legal documents
Flexibility for remote work, but ideally able to come in for trial prep
