Job Description:

Our client, a leading regional law firm seeks an associate attorney with 3 to 7 years' experience in civil litigation to join the Insurance Coverage and Litigation Section of the firm. The associate in this role will gain hands-on experience in defending sophisticated insurance clients, both nationally and internationally, from the initial advice and counsel phase through trial, arbitration and/or appeal.

Job Responsibility:

advising and defending insurance carriers in complex, multi-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
defending sophisticated insurance clients from initial advice and counsel phase through trial, arbitration, and/or appeal

Requirements:

3 to 7 years' experience in civil litigation
civil and/or commercial litigation experience, especially in federal courts
previous judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred
excellent written advocacy skills
valid Colorado Bar license

Nice to have:

previous judicial clerkship experience
