Job Description:

Our Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney for its Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Practice. The Litigation Attorney will work with an accomplished litigator handling complex serious personal injury cases. This is an in-office position reporting to our main office located on The Hill in St. Louis, MO. Open to candidates in any state excluding CA, CO, CT, MD, NY, WA.

Job Responsibility:

Take and defend depositions
Draft discoveries, pleadings, and motions
Monitor case progress
Prepare and participate in jury trials
Continuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
Court appearances as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience handling personal injury claims preferred
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
Illinois and Missouri license required
Excellent research and writing skills
Courtroom motion practice experience preferred
