Robert Half is seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our client's growing team in Peoria, Illinois. The Attorney will be responsible for managing various aspects of litigation, such as discovery, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct comprehensive and thorough research to support legal proceedings
Draft and revise a variety of legal documents including motions
Play a key role in the preparation for trial, including the gathering and organization of evidence
Undertake discovery tasks including the analysis, collection, and review of evidence
Uphold a strong work ethic and display a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
Handle commercial and construction litigation matters
Assist and work collaboratively with our team on all phases of the litigation process
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or field
Knowledge of Commercial Litigation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar Association
