Our client, a nationally recognized civil litigation firm specializing in class actions across multiple legal areas, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all litigation phases. The candidate will assist with preparing written materials, conducting legal research, managing discovery, organizing documents, and coordinating filings.
Job Responsibility:
Support attorneys throughout all litigation phases, including trial and appeals
Prepare various written materials and conduct legal and factual research
Proofread briefs, prepare exhibits, and manage court filings
Organize documents for depositions and maintain physical/electronic files.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in complex federal cases, preferably class actions
Proficiency in managing discovery, electronic filings, and cite-checking
Experience with Westlaw, iManage, and Everlaw
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally working late as needed
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professionalism in interactions and teamwork across various law firms.
