Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3-5+ years of experience to join a reputable law firm in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team by managing case materials, preparing court filings, and interacting with courts in various jurisdictions.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and organize case materials
Support attorneys in drafting and preparing various court filings
Electronically file documents in both state and federal courts
Assist in the management of e-discovery databases
Maintain regular communication with courts in various jurisdictions
Contribute to deposition and trial preparation
Oversee case and filing deadlines
Utilize legal tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, CourtLink, Relativity, and Disco

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience
Knowledge of Case Management Software
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
