Job Description:

A modern and well regarded law firm in the heart of Lincoln is going through a significant period of expansion and as such is looking to recruit a senior solicitor to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a case load of complex litigation matters across landlord and tenant disputes, evictions and debt
Overseeing a team of up to 10 paralegals
Overseeing the workload of the team
Identifying and providing any necessary training needs
Recruiting for the team
Being part of the management team

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with at least 5 yrs PQE
Solid litigation experience
Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous but not essential

Nice to have:

Previous experience of managing a team
