Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Loan Servicing Support Specialist in the Middlesex County, NJ area. As a Loan Support Specialist you will be responsible for managing customer applications, keeping records up-to-date, and handling customer inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Consistent maintenance of precise customer credit records
Prompt resolution of customer inquiries
Monitoring customer accounts and implementing appropriate actions
Utilizing comprehensive understanding of loans and loan products
Applying excellent oral and written communication skills
Exhibiting exceptional customer service capabilities
Demonstrating proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Working both independently and collaboratively
Adhering to timelines and schedules
Handling confidential information with a high level of moral judgment

Requirements:

1+ years of loan support experience
Proficiency in Data Processing
Previous experience in Call Center Customer Service
Experience in Loan Administration
Knowledge in Commercial Lending
Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

Nice to have:

Experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry
