Job Description:

The Lobby Ambassador at Four Points by Sheraton Medan is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by activating all outlet services within the lobby area, responding to guest requests, and providing local area knowledge. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining professional standards, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Engage hotel guests to enhance the service experience
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Gather and provide local area knowledge to inform guests
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
