Job Description:

Responsible for placing of all local infrastructure, such as PC, printers, peripheral equipment and video etc. at all end users' disposal. Order and manage end user hardware. Responsible for maintaining of clients, profiles, installations, licenses etc. Responsible for adding, maintaining and delete of accesses. Responsible for all contacts with IKEA helpdesk, secure incident follow up, security updates, and operation meetings. Participate in meetings containing need of IT support/technician. Others ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Knowledge of the End User needs
Knowledge of client hardware, software and network
Knowledge in relevant tools and how to use them in an appropriate way according to working routines
Education skills
Good in writing and speaking English
Find better ways

Enable change
create a direction, plan manage and coaching co-workers in understanding the way, moving from knowing to doing
