Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a proficient Lockbox Remittance Processor to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. In this role, you will be handling and depositing remittances, managing documents, and addressing customer inquiries. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Handle and deposit remittances received by mail
Maintain and manage files and documents related to remittances
Address customer inquiries
Monitor customer accounts
Ensure accurate credit records of customers
Process customer applications
Resolve issues related to customer credit applications
Participate in team meetings

Requirements:

Proficiency in handling deposits
Experience in staffing roles
Familiarity with processor tasks
