Job Description:

A prominent data center construction company specializing in high-tech facilities with a growing presence in the industry. They are currently looking for a Logistic Manager to support their operations in KL and Johor. This role provides a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to cutting-edge developments in the data center space.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate and manage the complete logistics process, encompassing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Collaborate closely with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure the seamless execution of logistics operations
Monitor stock levels proactively and initiate timely replenishment orders to avoid inventory shortages
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory using logistics management systems
Prepare and process all required shipping documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs clearance forms
Track shipments and efficiently resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies
Liaise with transport companies and freight forwarders to secure the most competitive rates and optimal services
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant transportation, import/export regulations, and safety standards
Continuously evaluate and enhance logistics processes to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction
Assist in organizing and optimizing warehousing and storage operations to ensure effective inventory management

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Logistic, Business, or a related field
Essential in construction or data center projects
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
