Job Description:

This role plays a crucial part in our operations, focusing on processing and logging customer orders, providing initial customer support, and assisting the Sales, Logistics, and accounting teams. You'll have the opportunity to work with business systems such as Microsoft Access and SAP.

Job Responsibility:

Handle initial customer inquiries with professionalism, addressing various topics such as product availability, order status, and shipping status
Enter and submit customer orders to our production plants and stock warehouses through our ERP system
Provide necessary support to the Sales, Logistics, and accounting teams
Process customer requests for samples and ensure their timely delivery
Create and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist in processing vendor invoices by compiling supporting documentation and entering records into the ERP system
Participate actively in cross-functional training to enhance understanding of work functions and procedures
Compile and complete miscellaneous departmental reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Perform duties as assigned by the manager, adhering to company safety requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in business systems
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Familiarity with billing functions
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of SAP software
Proficiency in Microsoft Access
Experience with processing purchase orders
Ability to perform numeric data entry tasks
