Job Description:

The Luxury Retail Stylist at W Nashville will greet customers, assist with merchandise, process purchases, and maintain a clean and organized shop. The role involves following company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing physical tasks as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers
Offer assistance in locating merchandise
Respond to questions regarding merchandise
Display merchandise neatly
Restock items
Check expiration dates
Discard expired items
Keep storeroom neat and clean
Complete customer purchases
Process all payment types
Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
Verify customer identification
Maintain cash levels
Turn in property monies and receipts
Ensure deposits/cash drops are verified
Follow opening and closing checklist
Secure shop
Monitor customer activity to prevent theft and damage
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain uniform and personal appearance
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Assist individuals with disabilities
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Speak professionally
Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Comply with quality assurance standards
Perform physical tasks (reach, bend, twist, pull, stoop, move, lift, carry objects up to 10 pounds, stand, sit, walk for extended periods)
Perform other reasonable duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
