Job Description:

Lead exciting cross-border M&A and PMI projects with a global beverage leader – a dynamic role offering significant strategic impact and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the prioritization and assessment of potential acquisition targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Oversee the entire M&A deal implementation process, from due diligence to post-merger integration
Conduct thorough market research and analysis, identifying key trends impacting the industry
Collaborate effectively with external advisors, including investment banks and legal counsel
Develop and implement strategies for successful post-merger integration
Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and growth

Requirements:

Extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions and PMI
Solid understanding of finance, accounting, tax, and legal aspects of M&A
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Japanese
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration)
Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
